摘　　要：在数控电火花线切割机床更换钼丝的过程中,由于受到各种机构上残留的冷却液、加工废渣等因素影响,其会牢牢地附在储丝筒上,很难将利器卡进钼丝缝隙将其弄断,使用利器割断钼丝的方法会带来其他无必要的影响因素。文中从线切割过程中钼丝与储丝筒之间的关系切入研究,设计出一套线切割机床辅助拆丝装置,以快捷处理拆丝问题,提高线切割机床的加工效率。In the process of replacing the molybdenum wire on CNC WEDM machine, molybdenum wire may firmly attach to the storage tube because of the residual coolant, processing waste residue and other factors. It is difficult to insert tool for cutting molybdenum wire. This paper studies the relationship between the molybdenum wire and the storage tube, and designs a set of wire cutting machine to improve the processing efficiency of the wire cutting machine.
