摘　　要：针对现有的多数全自动纸箱包装机存在占地面积大、设备昂贵、使用具有局限性的问题,设计了一种结构简单、能够满足多种用途的纸箱包装机。该机械采用模块化设计思想,分别设计了运输组件、下折页折合组件、上折页折合组件、纸箱整体封装组件等,介绍了不同组件的结构组成以及工作原理;应用CATIA软件完成系统的三维结构设计;设计了机械的电子控制系统的人机交换界面,介绍了系统的硬件组成与控制原理。应用结果表明:该机械不仅具有安全可靠、用途灵活等特点,而且可以提高使用者的舒适性。该设计的纸箱包装机械能够实现高效、安全、快速的包装。A multipurpose carton packaging machine with simple structure is designed to solve the problems of large area occupation, expensive equipment and limited utilization. Modular design is adopted in the mechanism to design the transport unit, lower carton page folding assembly, upper carton page folding assembly, whole cartoon packaging assembly and so on. The structure composition assembly and working principle is introduced. The three-dimensional structure of the system is designed by the CATIA software .The man-machine interface of the electronic control system is designed and the hardware configuration and control principle are introduced. The result of the application shows the mechanism is not only safe reliable and flexible, but also can improve the comfort of user. The carton packaging machine in the paper can achieve high-efficient, safe and quick packaging.
