摘  要:目的探讨门诊非连续性使用的BiP AP无创呼吸机管道清洗消毒方法。方法 36例门诊行BiP AP无创呼吸机辅助通气患者随机分为实验组和对照组,各18例。对照组采用传统消毒方法,实验组由科室每日自行清洗消毒。管道使用3 d后比较2组菌落数检测的合格情况。结果使用后第3天对照组菌落数检测合格率为83.3%(15/18),实验组未出现不合格管道。结论针对门诊非连续性使用的BiP AP无创呼吸机管道采用每日清洗消毒的方法,可有效预防管道污染,对降低相关感染并发症具有积极意义。Objective To discuss the cleaning and disinfection method for breathing circuit of bilevel positive airway pressure (BiPAP) non-invasive ventilator in out-patient department. Methods A total of 36 outpatients undergoing BiPAP) non-invasive ventilation were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 18 cases in each group. Routine Cleaning and disinfection method was for breathing circuit of BiPAP non-invasive ventilator carried out in the control group, while the daily cleaning method was adopted in the study group. The bacterial colony total of sample form breathing circuit was detected three days after using BiPAP non-inva-sive ventilator. Results The qualified rate of breathing circuit for bacterial quantification was 83. 3% (15/18) in the control group and 100. 00% (18/18) in the study group. Conclusion Daily cleaning method is an potentially effective way of reducing risk of BiPAP non-invasive ven-tilation induced infection.
