摘　　要：本文介绍了国际标准ISO16439:2014《信息与文献——图书馆影响力评估的方法与流程》出台的背景,概述了标准框架及其主要内容,对"影响力"的概念、评估方法、评估内容进行了解读,分析了标准特点并对实施过程提出了建议。The paper introduces the background of Information and Documentation- Methods and Procedures for Assessing the Impact of Libraries （ISO16439：2014 ） , overviews the frame and main content of the standard. In ad-dition, the paper interprets the concept, evaluation method and content of aimpact, analyses the standard, s charac-teristics and proposes suggestions on the implementation process.
