京津冀区域养老服务发展问题研究

摘　　要：京津冀区域人口数量大,老龄化程度较高,未来对养老服务的需求大、标准高。但京津冀区域养老服务存在服务设施供求不平衡、养老人员供给不足、社区服务有待普及、家庭养老扶持政策缺失等问题,河北省应采取普及退休老人医疗异地结算,打造京津冀养老服务圈、候鸟式养老圈,培训专业医护人员,建设社区养老院等措施发展养老服务产业。In Beij ing-Tianj in-Hebe i region, due to large populat ion and higher degree of aging, huge quantity and high standards of pension services need to be provided in the future. But pension service facilities face some problems,such as facilities supply-demand imbalance, lack of pension serv-ice staff, unpopular community service , family pension lack of supportive policies and other issues. Hebei Province should take effective measures to develop pension service industry, such as promoting retirement medicare remote settlement, constructing Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei pension service circle and migrant-bird-like pension circle, training professional health care workers, constructing community nursing homes and so on.
