摘  要:目的:探讨"4P"护理模式在护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法:选取2015年1~8月神经外科住院患者624例作为研究对象。按照随机数字法将其等分为试验组与对照组,对照组采用传统护理模式,观察组采用4P护理模式,即1P预测(predict);2P预防(prevention);3P参与(participate);4P个性化(personal)。比较两组护理模式下住院期间患者NICU重返率、死亡率;并发症及护理不良事件发生情况。结果:两组患者重返NICU率、死亡率、并发症发生率、不良事件发生率观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:4P护理模式有利于提升临床护理质量,降低住院患者安全风险。ObjectiveTo discuss the application effect of "4P" nursing model in nursing quality management. Methods: Selected 624 patients hospitalized in neurosurgical department from January to August 2015 as the research target. They were equally divided into observation group and control group according to the random number method, where traditional nursing model was employed for the patients in the control group, and 4P nursing model, i. e. prediction, prevention, participation and personalization was employed for the patients in the observation group. Patients in the two groups were compared in NICU return rate and death rate under the two nursing models during hospitalization, and the occurring of complications and adverse nursing events. Results: In patients of the two groups, the NICU return rate, death rate and incidence of adverse events of patients in the observation group were lower than those of patients in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion :4P nursing model could improve the clinical nursing quality and reduce the patients5 safety risks during hospitalization.
