预见性护理对血浆置换术患者并发症及满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨血浆置换术患者运用预见性护理的临床效果。方法:选择2015年6月~2016年6月我院收治的62例行血浆置换术患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予预见性护理,比较两组患者对护理满意度和并发症发生情况。结果:观察组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床上给予血浆置换术患者预见性护理,不仅可以降低并发症发生率,还能增强护理满意度,值得推广。Objective： To discuss the clinical effect of applying predictive nursing in patients receiving plasma exchange operation. Methods： Selected 62 patients receiving plasma exchange operation admitted in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 as the research target,and they were equally divided into control group and observation group at random,conventional nursing was given to the patients in the control group,and predictive nursing was given to the patients in the observation group,and patients in the two groups were compared in nursing satisfaction and occurring of complications. Results： The incidence rate of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that of patients in the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation was higher than that of patients in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant through comparison（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion： The predictive nursing for patients receiving plasma exchange operation clinically could not only reduce the incidence rate of complications,but also increase the patients＇ satisfaction and was worth promoting clinically.
