空气波压力治疗仪联合局部中药热熨治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察空气波压力治疗仪联合局部中药热熨治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的效果。方法:72例确诊为DPN的患者,随机等分为对照组和观察组,两组均常规降糖药物治疗,对照组给予营养神经治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予空气波压力治疗仪联合局部中药热熨治疗。2周为一疗程,共治疗两疗程。观察两组总有效率及腓神经传导速度、足背动脉血流量和治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后腓神经传导速度、足背动脉血流量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组疗效高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:空气波压力治疗仪联合局部中药热熨治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效确切,是较为理想的护理治疗方案。Objective： To observe the effect of intermittent pneumatic compression combined with local ironing with traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy（ DPN）. Methods： Equally divided 72 patients diagnosed of DPN into observation group and control group,and patients in both groups received the conventional hypoglycemic agent treatment,patients in the control group received neurotrophic treatment,and patients in the observation group received intermittent pneumatic compression combined with local ironing with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.A course of treatment was 2 weeks,with two courses of treatment in total. Patients in the two groups were compared in the overall effective rate and peroneal nerve conduction velocity,arteria dorsalis pedis blood flow and treatment effect. Results： The peroneal nerve conduction velocity and arteria dorsalis pedis blood flow of patients in the observation group after treatment were higher than those of patients in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）,and the treatment effect of patients in the observation group was higher than that of patients in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The treatment of DPN with intermittent pneumatic compression combined with local ironing with traditional Chinese medicine had an accurate treatment effect,and was an ideal nursing and treatemtn concet.
