术后矫形支具在小儿先天性肌性斜颈康复中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨术后矫形支具在小儿先天性肌性斜颈康复中的应用效果。方法:选择2014年1~12月住院治疗的先天性肌性斜颈患儿78例,将其随机等分为观察组和对照组,对照组患儿出院后给予指导行手法板正治疗,观察组患儿出院后佩戴胸颈联合支具。比较两组患儿的疗效。结果:观察组患儿疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿先天性肌性斜颈胸锁乳突肌松解术后应用矫形支具可提高治疗效果。Objective： To discuss the application effect of post-operation orthopedic brace in pediatric congenital myogenic torticollis. Methods： Selected 78 child patients with congenital myogenic torticollis admitted in our hospital from January to December 2014,and they were equally divided into observation group and control group at random,the child patients in the control group were guided and received manual correction treatment after discharge,and child patients in the observation group were received chest-neck combined brace after discharge. Child patients in the two groups were compared in curative effect. Results： The curative effect of child patients in the control group was better than that of child patients in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The application of orthopedic brace after sternocleidomastoid muscle release of pediatric congenital myogenic torticollis could improve the curative effect.
