早产儿生长发育发展性照顾护理模式的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨发展性照顾护理模式在早产儿生长发育中的应用价值。方法:选取我院2014年2月~2015年2月收治的96例早产儿,随机等分为对照组与观察组,对照组采用一般护理措施,观察组早产儿采用发展性照顾护理模式,对比两组早产儿的护理效果。结果:两组早产儿每日摄入奶量、睡眠时间、每日体质量增长、住院天数相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组早产儿经护理5,10 d后GAS水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组早产儿1个月时头围、体重、身长比较差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在早产儿的护理中,发育支持性照顾有利于早产儿的生长发育。Objective： To discuss the application value of developmental care nursing model in the growth and development of premature infants. Methods：Selected 96 premature infants admitted in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015,and they were equally divided into control group and observation at random,the conventional nursing measures given to the premature infants control group,and developmental care nursing model was given to the premature infants in the observation group,and premature infants in the two groups were compared in the nursing effect. Results： Through companion of milk uptake,sleeping time,daily body mass growth and hospitalization duration of infants in the two groups,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）; and the different of GAS level 5 and 10 d after nursing of premature infants in the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; the difference of head circumference,weight and length of premature infants in the two groups was significant,and was of statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： In the nursing of premature infants,the developmental support care was beneficial for the growth and development of premature infants.
