摘 要:本文首先研究了纯三氧化钼澄清度与其衍射峰强度对应关系,系统考察了二钼酸铵反应温度、原料厚度、反应时间对制备的催化剂用纯三氧化钼澄清度的影响;其次,用XRD表征催化剂用纯三氧化钼,并且分析衍射峰强度与催化剂用纯三氧化钼澄清度对应关系;最后,根据催化剂用三氧化钼衍射峰强度与其澄清度关系导出高澄清度催化剂用纯三氧化钼制备工艺。Firstly, the corresponding relation between clarity of pure molybdenum trioxide and its diffraction peak intensity was studied, and the influence of reaction temperature, material thickness and reaction time on clarity of pure molybdenum trioxide was studied ; Secondly, pure molybdenum trioxide used for catalysts preparation was characterized by XRD, corresponding relation between diffraction peak intensity of pure molybdenum trioxide used for catalysts preparation and its activity and clarity was systematically analyzed. Finally, according to the study on the re-lation between clarity of pure molybdenum trioxide and diffraction peak intensity of pure molybdenum trioxide used for catalysts preparation, processing technology of pure molybdenum trioxide used for catalysts preparation was deduced.
