某底框结构顶升纠倾的应用研究

摘　　要：以南京市某住宅楼为例,详细分析了该底框结构产生倾斜的原因并提出了顶升加固方案。根据该工程的实际情况,拟采用锚杆静压桩对该建筑物进行止倾,采用断柱顶升法对其进行纠偏。研究表明:锚杆静压桩结合断柱顶升综合治理,是解决底框结构不均匀沉降的有效方法。Take one residential building in Nanjing city for example,the cause of the tilt of the bottom-frame struc-ture was analyzed in detail and a lifting scheme was proposed. According to the actual situation of the project, the an-chor jacked pile was used to stop the building deviation and cutting off columns and jacking was used to correct the dc- viation of buildings. Research showed that comprehensive control of anchor static pressure pile and cutting off columns and jacking is an effective method to solve the uneven settlement of the bottom frame structure.
