子牙河杨柳青西合闸段春季浮游植物调查及水化分析研究

摘　　要：2015年5月22日至6月19日对子牙河杨柳青西合闸段2个采样点进行了4次采样,对采样点的浮游植物组成、密度、生物量进行调查,对其生物多样性进行评价,并与测定的水化理化参数相结合,分析了各采样点不同时间内的水质状况。结果表明:在子牙河杨柳青西合闸段两个采样点共鉴定出浮游植物8门47种;浮游植物的密度范围在(25.018~322.495)×10~6cell/L之间,生物量在10.36~4 546.95 mg/L之间;研究区域的水质营养等级情况为超富营养型。This paper investigated the composition, density biomass and biological diversity index of phyto-plankton in the Ziya River of Tianjin from May 22 to June 19 in 2015 , combining with analysis on water phys-ical and chemical indexes in the two sampling sites. The results showed that a total of 47 species which belong to 8 phyla were identified in that river. During the study period, the plankton density varied from 25. 018 ×10^6cell/L to 322. 495 ×10^ 6cell/L, biomass varied from 10. 36 mg/L to 4 546. 95 mg/L. The water trophic level was extremely eutrophic.
