摘  要:为了研究滚动直线导轨副振动特性,以GGB45BA型号导轨作为研究对象,介绍滚动直线导轨副的振动产生机理。通过速度对比试验分析得出,振动脉冲频率和滚珠与反向器之间的理论碰撞频率一致,证明滚珠与返向器的撞击是引起振动的主要原因。由不同条件(速度、预紧力、润滑)下的导轨副振动测试试验结果得出:速度越高,振动越大;预紧力越大,振动越小;润滑剂对导轨副的减振效果显著,润滑剂粘度越高,振动性能越好。这说明在产品制造过程中,可通过适当增加预紧力和润滑油粘度的方式减小滚动直线导轨副的振动,从而提高导轨副使用性能。该文为提高直线导轨振动性能提供了理论和实验依据。In order to study vibration characteristics of the rolling linear guide,we serve GGB45 BA guide model as the test object.Firstly,the vibration mechanism of the rolling linear guide was analyzed.According to the analysis of velocity contrast test,the vibration pulse frequency was the same as the theoretical collision frequency between the ball and the backward direction device,which proves that the impact of the ball and the reverse device is the main cause of vibration.The test results of the vibration under different conditions(speed,preload,lubricating) showthat,higher speeds lead to larger vibrations and heavier preloads lead to smaller vibration.The effect of the lubricant on the damping of the rolling linear guide is remarkable,the higher the lubricant viscosity,the better the vibration performance.This shows that in the product manufacturing process,increasing the preload and oil viscosity appropriately can reduce vibration of rolling linear guide,so as to improve the use performance of the linear guide.This paper provides theoretical and experimental basis for improve the performance of the linear guide rail vibration.
