摘 要:为了研究扭转变形对滚珠丝杠副轴向静刚度影响,对双螺母预紧滚珠丝杠副的滚珠进行动力学分析,并考虑接触角的变化,建立滚珠丝杠副扭转变形数学模型。使用滚珠丝杠副摩擦力矩试验台、静刚度试验台对双螺母预紧滚珠丝杠副进行摩擦力矩、静刚度检测。结果表明:滚珠丝杠副刚性测量中对丝杠进行扭转补偿后,测量结果更加合理、准确;滚珠丝杠副刚性测量中,丝杠被测长度越长,丝杠产生的扭转变形越大,对滚珠丝杠副轴向静刚度测量结果影响越大。In order to study the influence of the torsional deformation on the axial static stiffness of the ball screwmechanism,the kinetics of the double-nut preloaded ball screwmechanism was analyzed firstly,and then taking the changes of contact angle into consideration,the mathematical model based on the torsional deformation of the ball screwmechanism was established.The friction torques of the double-nut preload ball screwmechanism was measured on the ball screwfriction torque test bench.And the axial static stiffness of the ball screwwas also measured on the ball screwstiffness test bench.The test results agree well with our theoretical analysis and the results showed that,with the compensation of the torsional deformation,the measurement results are more reasonable and accurate.And in the process of rigidity measurement of the ball screwmechanism,with the increasing of the measured length of the screw,the torsional deformation is also increased,which has a greater impact on the measurement results of the ball screwaxial static stiffness.
