摘　　要：农业保险是经济社会发展到一定阶段的产物。它是一项分散农业灾害风险、稳定农民收入、保障农业和农村经济发展的制度安排。气象灾害是农业自然灾害的主体,气象服务是农业保险中的重要环节,深入研究农业保险中的气象法律政策将有助于农业保险的发展。文中介绍了国内外农业保险的政策和实施,对农业保险的气象服务法律政策制度进行了梳理和分析,并对农业保险气象服务法律制度提出可行性建议,以期为我国农业保险的发展提供有益的思路和参考。Agricultural insurance is the product of economic and social development. It is an institutional arrangement to disperse the risk of agricultural disasters, stabilize the income of farmers, and ensure the development of agriculture and rural economy. Meteorological disasters are the key points of agricultural natural disasters, and the meteorological service is an important part of the agricultural insurance. Thus, making an intensive study on the law and policy of meteorological service for agricultural insurance will promote the development of agricultural insurance. In this paper, the policy and implementation of agricultural insurance at home and abroad are introduced, and the meteorological service law and policy mechanisms of agricultural insurance are carded and discussed. Furthermore, some feasible suggestions on the meteorological services law mechanism of agricultural insurance are proposed to provide ideas and references for the development of agricultural insurance in China.
