摘 要:根据区域自动气象站温度传感器标校装置的结构和原理,结合不同液态导热介质的热传导效率及其与外界空气的热交换等因素,对液态导热介质的导热性能进行了分析。结果表明,没有添加任何介质时温度槽孔径内的降温、升温速度比添加了酒精或乙二醇防冻液的均要快;添加酒精和乙二醇防冻液后,孔间温度差比不添加任何介质的要小,越靠近上限温度点时,温度差越小,并且添加乙二醇防冻液对于缩小孔间温度差的效果比添加酒精要好;温度槽孔径内轴向距离越大,轴向温度差也越大,添加液态导热介质后,轴向温度差明显缩小,且乙二醇防冻液对减小轴向温差的效果比酒精要好。该实验在没有明显降低温度传感器标校装置工作时效性的前提下,有效地改善了测温区域温度场的均匀性,可以提高区域站温度传感器的现场检测精度。The structure and principle of the temperature sensor calibration device for regional automawere introduced, and considering the heat conduction ef ficiency and heat exchange of different liquid heat conduct ing medium, the thermal properties of the liquid heat conducting medium were discussed. The heating and cooling rates of thermal troughholes without medium were higher than those with alcohol or glycol antifreeze. The difference between the holes after adding al-cohol and glycol antifreeze was less than that without medium. T'he closer to the upper limit temperature point,the smaller thetemperature difference was, and the reduct ion of the temperature difference between the holes by adding glycol antifreeze wasbetter than adding alcohol. The bigger the axial distance was in the thermal trough,the greater the axial temperature differencebecame. The axial temperature difference significantly decreased after adding liquid heat conducting medium,and the reduction of the axial temperature difference by adding ethylene glycol antifreeze was better than alcohol. To summarize, of the temperature field was effectively improved by these experiments, without significantly ble method was provided to improve the detecting precision of temperature sensor.
