摘 要:以42份豇豆种质资源为试验对象,于75 mmol/L NaCl下进行盐胁迫处理,在种子萌发阶段进行发芽率、发芽指数的测定,在苗期进行株高、单株质量、叶数的测定,并采用隶属函数法进行耐盐性综合评价。试验结果表明,豇豆种子萌发阶段与幼苗生长阶段的耐盐性不完全一致,42份豇豆种质资源中,龙飞飞在2个生长时期都表现出较高的耐盐性,而卡罗米则对盐害表现较为敏感。In this study, 42 cowpea germplasm resources were used as the test object, and 75 mmol/L NaCl was used for salt stress treatment. The gemination rate and gemnination index were measured in bud stage, and the plant height, plant weight and leaves number were measured at the seedling stage. Then, the comprehensive evaluation of salt tolerance was carried out by using membership function method. The results showed that the salt tolerance of cowpea seed germination stage was not exactly the same as that of the seedling growth stage, and Longfeifei exhibited higher salt tolerance in the two growth stages in the 42 cowpea germplasm resources, while Kamiluo was more sensitive.
