Effect of Pruning on Photochemical Activity,Plant Growth and Yield of Capsicum annuum L.var.grossum Grown on Organic Substrate

摘  要:以有机基质栽培甜椒为试材,研究不同整枝方式对叶片光系统(PS)光化学活性、植株生长及产量的影响。结果表明,三干整枝的光合性能指数PI_(ABS)、PI_(CSm)与推动力DF_(ABS)、DF_(CSm)均显著大于其他整枝方式,其叶片PSⅡ光化学活性最强。不同整枝方式对甜椒植株生长有明显影响,双干整枝的株高、茎粗和节间长度均显著大于其他整枝方式,而三干整枝的根冠比最高。不同整枝方式对平均单果质量和单株结果数有不同影响,四干整枝的单株结果数最多,但其平均单果质量最小。三干整枝的单株产量最高,可达2.017kg,显著高于其他整枝方式,同时三干整枝还可以显著提高果实的可溶性糖含量、糖酸比。Different pruning methods were applied on Capsicum annuum L.var.grossum grown on an organic substrate to observe their effects on the morphology,photochemical activity and yield of the plants.The results showed that the photosynthetic performance indices,PI_(ABS) and PI_(CSm),and the driving forces,DF_(ABS) and DF_(CSm),were significantly greater when the 3-stem-pruningwas applied.The pruning also rendered the highest leaf PSⅡphotochemical activity among all treatments.Pruning,in general,significantly affected the plant growth.The 2-stem-pruning resulted in significantly greatest plant height,stem diameter and internode length,while the 3-stempruning yielded the highest root/shoot ratio.Pruning also affected the fruit count per plant and single fruit weight.The 4-stem-pruning produced the highest fruit count but lowest on single fruit weight,as the 3-stem-pruning delivereda significantly higher yield(up to 2.017 kg per plant)than the other pruning methods.In addition,the 3-stem-pruning significantly increased the soluble sugar content and sugar/acid ratio inthe fruits.
