摘 要:针对输气管道压气站中压缩机组开机方案的优化问题,建立了混合整数非线性规划模型,并提出了两种求解方法。其一是通过对目标函数进行分段线性插值,对约束条件进行线性化处理,将该模型转化为混合整数线性规划问题,然后用MILP求解器求解;其二是将该模型转化为多阶段决策问题,用动态规划法求解。应用算例表明:两种方法均效果良好,动态规划法在压气站配置的压缩机组台数较少时速度更快,但其计算量随机组台数增加近似呈指数关系增加。研究结果可以为压缩机组型号不同的压气站制定开机方案提供指导。In order to optimize the startup program of compressor sets in a compressor station of gas pipeline, a mixed- integer nonlinear programming model was developed, and two calculation methods were proposed. In the first method, the objective function is dealt by means of piecewise linear interpolation and constraints are linearized, so that the model is transformed into a mixed-integer linear programming model. Then, it is solved by the MILP solver. And in the second method, the model is transformed into a multistage decision problem, which is solved by means of dynamic programming method. Case calculation shows that both calculation methods are satisfactory. The dynamic programming method runs faster when there are fewer compressor sets in the compressor station, but as the number of compressor sets increases, the calculation amount increases approximately exponentially. The research results provide the reference to work out startup program of compressor stations with different types of compressor sets.
