摘  要:目的:通过虎杖苷(PD)的干预,观察其对百草枯(PQ)中毒急性肺损伤的保护效果。方法:48只大鼠随机分4组:PQ组、PD治疗组、PD对照组和正常对照组。将PD溶液通过尾静脉注入大鼠体内,观察末次注射后第3、7天各组大鼠的肺干湿比、血浆中IL-1β、TNF-α、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-PX)的水平变化。结果:与PQ组相比,在末次注射后的第3、7天PD治疗组明显降低肺干湿比(P<0.01)和炎性递质IL-1β、TNF-α的含量(P<0.01),降低血浆中MDA的水平(P<0.01)和升高SOD、GSH-PX的水平(P<0.01)。PD对照组在各时段与正常对照组比较差异无统计学意义。结论:PD对PQ中毒急性肺损伤具有保护作用。Objective:To investigate the protective effects of polydatin on paraquat-induced acute lung injury in rats. Method:Forty-eight female SD rats were divided randomly into five groups: PQ group, PD treatment group, PD control group and normal control group. The lung wet/dry weight ratios of the rats were calculated at 3 and 7 days after last injections in each group. At the same time,the levels of Interleukin-1β (IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),malondialdehyde (MDA),superoxide dismutase (SOD),glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) in plas- ma were detected. Result:In PD treatment group, the ratio of lung wet/dry weight (P〈0.01), plasma IL-1β and TNF-α levels (P〈0.01), MDA levels (P〈0.01) were significantly lower than those at 3 and 7 days after last in- jections in the PQ group. However,the SOD and GSH-PX levels began to increase (P〈0.01) compared with the PQ group. There was no significant difference between the PD control group and the normal control group. Conclusion:PD have protective effects on paraquat-induced acute lung injury in rats.
