摘 要:目的 探讨25(OH)D与糖代谢和同型半胱氨酸(HCY)的关系.方法 收集正常人群、单纯2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者、2型糖尿病肾病(DN)患者血清,测定25(OH)D、HCY及相关临床生化指标并进行统计分析.结果 T2DM患者空腹血糖、HCY水平均高于正常对照人群,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).临床DN组、早期DN组、单纯T2DM、正常对照组血清25(OH)D水平分别为(11.28±1.97)、(14.82±1.99)、(20.09±2.81)、(33.57±7.53)ng/ml,临床DN组、早期DN组、单纯T2DM组均显著低于正常对照组(P均〈0.05);早期DN组和临床DN组均低于单纯T2DM组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);临床DN组低于早期DN组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).T2DM患者血清25(OH)D水平在春夏季水平最高,秋季水平居中,冬季水平最低.结论 血清25(OH)D水平在2型糖尿病患者中低于血糖正常者,且随着DN病变程度的加重,维生素D缺乏逐渐加重;血清HCY水平与25(OH)D水平呈弱的负相关关系;T2DM患者血清25(OH)D水平在不同季节呈现明显的差异.Objective To investigate the relationship between 25(OH)D and glucose metabolism and HCY.Methods Present study was carried out in 651 subjects(501 T2DM cases and 150 non-diabetic controls).The enrolled study subjects were investigated for HCY, 25OHD levels and related biochemical indexes.Results The serum glucose, HCY levels in T2DM patients were significantly higher than those in healthy control group(P〈0.05).The serum 25(OH)D level of clinical DN group, early DN group, simple T2DM group and healthy control group were(11.28±1.97) ng/ml, (14.82±1.99) ng/ml, (20.09±2.81) ng/ml, (33.57±7.53) ng/ml respectively.In which, healthy control group had higher serum 25(OH)D level than the other genotypes(P〈0.05).The serum 25(OH)D levels in spring, summer were the highest in the patients with T2DM, and those in the autumn were the middle, those in the winter were the lowest.Conclusions The serum 25(OH)D levels in T2DM patients decrease with the development of DN diseases and show negative correlation with serum HCY level.The serum 25(OH)D level is different in different seasons.
