Objective To analyze the clinical features of children with bronchial pneumonia and the changes of inflammatory factors in the clinical features and the changes of inflammatory factors. Methods From February 2015 to February 2016, 100 cases of bronchial pneumonia were selected as the research objects, in accordance with the biochemical results, 58 patients with simple bronchial pneumonia as control group, 42 cases of bronchial pneumonia with platelet as the control group. The free immune function, clinical treatment and inflammatory factor changes were compared. Results There were significant differences in age, wheezing, dyspnea, length of stay, incidence of complications and mortality in the two groups (P〈0.05).The levels of TNF, IL, CRP and other inflammatory factors in the study group were all higher than those in the control group, the differences were significant (P〈0.05).Conclusions The condition of children with bronchial pneumonia with thrombocytosis is more serious, through the blood test, thrombocytosis inflammatory factor changes can be used as a references for the development of the disease, and has important significance in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
