摘 要:为对分布式电源接入引起的配电网暂态电压特性进行分析和研究,本文构建了风力发电、光伏发电、燃料电池、蓄电池等电源模型和IEEE33节点系统中压配网仿真模型,并就不同故障情况下,分布式电源类型及容量、渗透率、微源接入位置发生变化等对配电网暂态电压特性的影响进行了分析,并提出了暂态响应恢复率和相对电压提升率两大指标,来对暂态电压水平和暂态电压恢复速度进行量化。仿真结果表明:分布式电源的接入可以显著提升配网暂态电压水平,并且受接入位置的影响;渗透率的增加会使暂态电压恢复时间延长,并伴随有明显的震荡。The accessing of distributed generation resources to distribution network causes the distribution changing of voltage for distribution network, and such problems as the voltage transient fluctuation and voltage quality arise when the failure occur in distribution network will arise. To solve these problems, the transient voltage characteristics of dis- tribution network integrated with distributed generations is analyzed and studied in this paper. Such source models as the wind turbine, photovoltaic generation, fuel cell and bat- tery, and the simulation model of IEEE33 bus medium-volt- age distribution network are also built in this paper. Under different fault conditions, the impacts of such factors as dis- tributed generation and capacity, permeability and accessing location of micro sources on the transient voltage character- istics of the distribution network are analyzed, and two main indexes, transient response recovering rate and relative volt- age boosting rate, are proposed to quantify the transient voltage level and the transient voltage recovery rate. It can be seen from simulation results that the accessing of the dis- tributed generation can significantly improve the transient voltage level of the distribution network which is also affect- ed by the accessing location, and the increasing of permea- bility will extend the transient voltage recovery time accom- panying with a significant shock.
