摘　　要：基于数字病案系统对不同用户的访问权限,对病案访问阅读者按9个级别进行功能配置以及访问阅读权限管理,有效实现以权限级别不同从而获取对等的病案资料内容管理,全方位科学、合理的保证数字病案系统资料的安全、完整;针对病案访问者的等级权限设置,可有效追踪病案资料各种访问者阅读的身份区别,动态掌握、分析各种访问权限对病案资料的需求情况,为进一步优化系统设置提供支持依据,使其更符合实际工作需要;通过对数字病案系统与医院其它信息系统的对接,可实现资源信息共享,保证各种医疗信息为医、教、研等工作服务;其安全管理功能将对医院医疗信息的安全起到重要作用,保证信息的安全性。Based on access right to different users, the digital medical record system effectively actualizes different levels of access reader obtain corresponding medical record information through carrying on the function configuration and the right management by nine levels. Thereby, it guarantees scientifically and reasonably that the digital medical record system information is security and integrity.In connection with access right, the digital medical record system can track the reader＇s identity effectively and analyze the reader＇s demands dynamically. Thus these measures are the basis for providing support in order to optimize system settings and closer to the real work need.According to connecting the digital medical record system and other hospital information systems, we actualize resource information sharing and ensure that work like medical treatment,teaching,research are serviced by all kinds of medical information. More importantly, the safety management function will play an important role in the safety of the hospital medical information,to ensure it＇s safety.
