基于多种综合评价法对医院医疗质量评价的应用

摘　　要：目的建立三级综合医院的医疗质量指标评价体系,并进行综合评价,为医院管理和决策提供参考依据。方法采用综合指数法和主成分分析法构建综合评价模型,对医院2003年-2013年11年的医疗质量进行综合评价。结果经过统计分析可知,医院的工作强度指数、工作质量指数、工作效率指数以及综合指数呈逐年上升趋势,尤其是2009年以后迅速增长;两种分析方法的综合指数的相关系数为0.985(P<0.001)。结论利用多种综合评价方法对医院医疗质量指标评价体系进行综合评价,运用在实际的医疗管理工作中是可行的,方法科学、合理。Objective To evaluate the medical quality in tertiary comprehensive hospital with two comprehensive evaluation methods, and provide reference for hospital management and policy making. Methods Apply comprehensive index method and comprehensive evaluation model of principal component analysis to build, to the hospital for 11 years（2003-2013） of comprehensive evaluation of medical quality. Results Through the statistical analysis, it shows that the hospital work intensity index, the index of work quality, work efficiency index and comprehensive index is on the rise, especially after 2009 to grow rapidly, the composite index of methods correlationcoefficient is 0.985（P〈0.001）. Conclusion The comprehensive evaluation methods for hospital medical quality index evaluation system are feasible scientific and reasonable.in actual medical management.
