摘　　要：傅杰英教授结合多年临床经验,从体质角度辨析,认为大黄(庶虫)虫丸适用于气虚、阴虚、瘀血兼夹体质,强调先辨"人",后辨体,再用药。实际应用时,为增强疗效,常配合针灸行气祛瘀、益气活血,以期更好地治疗大黄(庶虫)虫丸所见之病。FU Jieying finds that Dahuang Zhechong pill was suited for qi deficiency,yin deficiency and blood stasis constitution according to the clinical experiences and the view of constitution. In the treatment of syndrome differentiation, Professor Fu believes that the first is people, second is the body, and the third is medication.Dahuang Zhechong pill can also combined with acupuncture to enhance the curative effect in practical application.The principles of selecting acupuncture points was ＂promoting qi and removing blood stasis＂ and ＂tonifying qi and invigorating the circulation of blood＂. So it can contribute to the treatment of the Dahuang Zhechong pill＇s pathema.
