摘　　要：慢性免疫性血小板减少性紫癜(CITP)因病程长(>12个月),易复发,其治疗仍然是西医界之难点。章亚成教授认为CITP的病机主要为"气阴两虚",根据不同年龄段独特的生理特点及临床表现,在益气养阴的治疗大法上,每个年龄段分别突出健脾、柔肝、和血,并以此指导临床用药,效果显著。Chronic immune thrombocytopenic purpura is still a difficult problem in the westem medicine field because of its long course of illness （〉12 months） and easy to relapse.Professor ZHANG Yacheng thougth that CITP pathogenesis is deficiency of both qi and yin, according to the age of its unique physiological characteristics and clinical manifestations, on the treatment of supplementing qi and nourishing yin, each age respectively, to highlight spleen, nourishing the liver and blood, and in order to guide the clinical medication, the effects are significant.
