摘　　要：目的临床验证再生障碍性贫血的规范化治疗方案临床效果,确定其临床疗效,进一步优化诊疗方案。方法将70例慢性再生障碍性贫血患者随机分2组,观察组40例,采用辨证使用诊疗方案汤剂口服治疗,对照组30例以再障生血片口服治疗。均治疗4个月。观察综合疗效、临床症状、外周血象变化,评价2组疗效。结果总有效率治疗组为95.0%,对照组为76.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后WBC、RBC、HGB、Plt均显著增高(P<0.05),2组比较治疗组RBC、HGB、PLT的升高程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论再生障碍性贫血的规范化治疗方案能清毒、托邪、补虚、通络并用,使用便捷、疗效可靠。objective Clinical validation of the clinical effect of standardized treatment of aplastic anemia, to determine its clinical efficacy, in order to further optimize the treatment program. Methods 70 cases of patients with chronic aplastic anemia were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group of 40 cases were treatde by decoction of syndrome differentiation treatment. The control group of 30 cases with aplastic anemia blood oral tablets in the treatment. All treatment for 4 months. The comprehensive curative effect, clinical symptoms and hemogram were evaluated of the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 95%, the control group was 76.7 %, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; After treatment in the two groups of WBC, RBC, HGB, PLT were significantly increased （P〈0.05）. Compared with the two groups, RBC, HGB and PLT was obviously increased than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The standardized treatment of aplastic anemia can clear the toxin, dispel evil, reinforce the deficiency, and dredge collaterals.This method is convenient and reliable.
