摘　　要：目的探讨重组人干扰素α1b雾化吸入治疗手足口病的效果。方法将2016年我院儿科住院患者200例随机分为治疗组与对照组,各100例。2组均采用利巴韦林、热毒宁抗病毒,合并细菌感染者加用抗生素,以及其他对症支持治疗。治疗组在此基础上加用重组人干扰素α1b雾化吸入,2μg/(kg·次),2次/d,疗程3 d。结果治疗组总有效率94%,对照组66%,2组比较,P<0.05。结论应用重组人干扰素α1b雾化吸入治疗手足口病,能缩短热退、手足肛周部疱疹消退、口腔溃疡愈合及住院时间。Objective To investigate the effect of recombinant human interferon alpha lb in the treatment ot hand foot mouth disease. Methods A total of 200 cases of pediatric inpatients in our hospital since 2016 were randomly divided into two groups. 100 cases in the treatment group and 100 cases in the control group.Two groups of patients according to the need of using Leigh Bhave Lin and Reduning combined with bacterial infection, antiviral, and antibiotics and other symptomatic treatment. The treatment group was treated with recombinant human interferon alpha 2μg/kg 1 time, 2 times/day, 3 days of treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94% and the total effective rate of control group was 66%, comparison of 2 groups, P〈0.05. Conclusion The application of recombinant human interferon alpha 1 b aerosol inhalation in the treatment of hand foot could shorten the heat recovery, shorten the time of Herpes zoster around hand, foot and anus, and the healing time of oral ulcer.
