补肾活血化痰法联合心理护理治疗肾虚痰瘀互结型多囊卵巢综合征

摘　　要：目的观察补肾活血化痰法联合心理护理治疗肾虚痰瘀互结型多囊卵巢综合征的疗效。方法病例为我院收治的肾虚痰瘀互结型多囊卵巢综合征患者68例,随机分为对照组和试验组,各34例。对照组自月经或撤药性出血第5天给予去氧孕烯炔雌醇片,1片/d,连用21 d,待月经来潮后5 d或停药7 d后开始服用下个周期,共治疗3个周期,盐酸二甲双胍片500 mg/次,3次/d。试验组在对照组基础上服用补肾活血化痰方剂并进行心理护理。治疗结束后对比分析2组临床疗效、性激素、糖代谢水平以及不良反应情况。结果试验组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);2组血清E2水平均升高,试验组高于对照组(P<0.05);T、LH、FSH、LH/FSH均水平降低,试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);2组血清FPG、FINS、HOMA-IR水平均下降,试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾活血化痰法联合心理护理治疗肾虚痰瘀互结型多囊卵巢综合征,能够调节性激素水平以及糖代谢。Objective To observe the curative effect of kidney invigorate the phlegm and psychological nursing treatment for kidney and phlegm stasis mutual junction polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods 68 cases of kidney deficiency and phlegm stasis mutual knot type polycystic ovary syndrome were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 34 each. Control group received Desogestrel and Ethinylestradiol tablets from the fifth day after menstrual or withdrawal bleeding for 21 days, and repeated the treatment for 3 courses, metformin hydrochloride 500mg/times, for 3 months. Experiment group received more with method of tonifying kidney promoting bloodand eliminating sputum decoction and nursing methods. Clinical efficacy, levels of sex hormones, glucose metabolism and adverse reactions were compared after the treatment. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the experiment group was higher （P〈0.05）. After the treatment, serum E2 in two groups increased, the experimental group was higher than the control group（P〈0.05）, T, was lower than the control group（P〈0.05）, the serum LH, FSH, LH/FSH levels decreased, the experimental group levels of FPG, FINS and HOMA-IR decreased in two groups decreased（P〈0.05）, the experimental group was lower than the control group. Conclusion Method of tonifying kidney promoting bloodand eliminating sputum and nursing methods in the treatment of kidney deficiency and phlegm stasis mutual knot type polycystic ovary syndrome has obvious curative effect, it can regulate the level of sex hormones and glucose metabolism.
