中医情志护理对糖尿病患者生存质量及自我管理能力的影响

摘　　要：目的评价中医情志护理对糖尿病患者生存质量及自我管理能力的干预效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取在我院内分泌代谢科住院的糖尿病患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为2组,各40例,对照组给予常规护理,试验组则在常规护理的基础上根据中医辨证分型加强情志护理,2组均进行为期4周的护理,运用糖尿病特异性生存质量量表(DSQL)及中文版糖尿病自我管理行为量表(SDSCA)比较2组护理前后生存质量及自我管理能力。结果干预前2组间DSQL和SDSCA评分的差异无统计学意义,而实施护理干预后,试验组DSQL中心理功能、社会关系和治疗效果3个维度得分明显低于对照组,SDSCA得分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义。结论中医情志护理可以调动糖尿病患者的能动性,进而提高其自我管理能力,改善生存质量。Objective To explore the effects of TCM mental nursing on the quality of life and self-management ability of diabetic patients. Methods Totally 80 cases of diabetes who were treated in our hospital were recruited by convenience sampling method. They were randomly divided into two groups by using random number tables, two groups of 40 people. The control group received routine medical care and the experimental group is used in the control group on the basis of mental nursing of traditional Chinese medicine, and nursing for 4 weeks. Compared two groups of patients with the quality of life and self-management ability using Diabetes Specific Quality of Life Scale （DSQL） and Chinese Version Scale of the Diabetes Self-Care Activities （SDSCA）. Results There is no statistically significant difference between two groups before nursing, but after intervention, DSQL scores including ＂mental health＂, ＂social capability＂ and ＂treatment effect＂ of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and SDSCA scores were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion TCM mental nursing can mobilize the initiative of patients with diabetes, then improve their self-management behaviors and the quality of life.
