摘　　要：探讨从不同角度出发的中药寒热药性理论研究进展,分析其现实意义及可行性。收集、梳理2010年至今与中药寒热药性相关文献共41篇,分析中药寒热药性主要研究方法和研究思路。结果从已经报道的研究结果发现寒热药性理论的研究主要分为基于文献角度的研究和基于现代科学技术的研究。在现代科学技术水平下主要进行了基于生物学角度的研究、物理学角度的研究和基于多元统计分析的研究。结论:中药寒热药性理论的研究在不同层面均均取得一定的进展,不同的研究思路均为中药寒热药性研究提供了理论依据。To explore the research progress of the resistance in traditional Chinese medicine from different aspects and to analysis the practical significance and feasibility. We collected 41 articles about the resistance in traditional Chinese medicine from 2010 to the present and analyzed the main research methods and ideas. Results According to the results of the study, researches of the resistance of cold and heat are divided into two aspects： literature and modem science and technology. In the modem scientific and technological level, the main research are biology, physics and multivariate statistical analysis. Conclusion： Some progress has been made at different levels of the resistance of traditional Chinese medicine and different research ideas provide a theoretical basis for this study.
