摘  要:H_2S是影响沼气安全利用的重要因素之一,沼气在综合利用之前必须进行脱硫处理。生物脱硫具有条件易控制、能耗低、成本低等传统的干法脱硫和湿法脱硫所不具备的优势。温度、pH值、DO和循环水喷淋量等因素均会影响沼气脱硫效果,需要严格控制。脱硫菌其中的一个特性就是对环境的要求要稳定,任一因素的突然变化对脱硫菌均有负面影响,会导致脱硫效果变差。窦店沼气工程中采用生物脱硫工艺,沼气处理量为1 000 m^3/d,处理前H2S最高质量浓度为2 000 mg/m^3,处理后H_2S质量浓度可降低至12 mg/m^3以下,达到了很好的脱硫效果。Hydrogen sulfide in biogas is one of the most influencing factors on utilization of biogas. It is necessary to remove hydrogen sulfide from biogas before it is utilized. The bio-desulfurization of hiogas is focused because of its advantages, such as low expense, no specific catalyst, simple process and serviceability, which were not possessed by the dry process and wet process. The removal efficiency of hydrogen sulfide is related to the temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen and circulating water spray quantity. These factors must be strictly controlled. One of the characteristics of the desulfufization bacteria is to require a stable environment, the sudden change of any factor has a negative effect on the desulfurization bacteria, which will lead to poor desulfurization effect. Bio-desulfurization process with a biogas treatment capacity of 1 000 m^3/d was used in the Doudian biogas station. The highest concentration of hydrogen sulfide before treatment was 2 000 mg/m^3. After treatment, the content of hydrogen sulfide can be reduced to below 12 mg/m^3, which achieved a good desulfufization effect.
