鼻内镜手术治疗118例霉菌性鼻窦炎临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析霉菌性鼻窦炎患者采用鼻内镜手术治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的118例霉菌性鼻窦炎患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各59例,对照组均行柯陆式手术治疗,观察组给予鼻内镜手术治疗,比较两组手术治疗效果。结果观察组术后3个月与6个月的鼻塞、嗅觉下降、鼻后滴漏及头部不适等症状评分均明显好于对照组,手术后3个月与6个月的Lund-Kennedy评分均好于对照组,且临床有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用鼻内镜手术治疗霉菌性鼻窦炎可明显改善患者局部症状,临床应用效果良好,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of patients with fungal sinusitis treated by nasal endoscopic surgery. Methods One hundred and eighteen patients with fungal sinusitis were selected in our hospital. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 59 cases in each group. The patients in control group were treated by caldwell＇s operation, and the patients in observation group were treated by nasal endoscopic surgery. The effects of two groups were compared. Results The scores of stuffy nose, smell drops, postnasal drip and head discomfort of observation group in three months and six months after surgery were significantly better than those of control group, the Lund-Kennedy scores of observation group in three months and six months after surgery were better than that of the control group, and the clinical effective rate of observation group was signif- icantly higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance （P^0.05）. Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with fungal sinusitis, has the remarkable clinical application effect, and can be popularized.
