摘 要:目的探讨细胞因子信号转导抑制因子3(suppressor of cytokine signaling3,SOCS-3)和白血病抑制因子(leukemia inhibitory factor,LIF)在复发性流产(recurrent spontaneous abortion,RSA)患者绒毛膜和蜕膜组织中的表达情况,为RSA的早期识别和临床诊治提供一定理论依据。方法随机抽取RSA患者45例作为观察组,选取同期在门诊行人工流产术的45例正常妊娠妇女作为对照组,采用Western blot法对所有患者绒毛膜和蜕膜组织中SOCS-3和LIF的表达水平进行检测。结果观察组患者绒毛膜和蜕膜组织中的LIF相对表达量低于对照组(P<0.05),SOCS-3的相对表达量低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论较之于正常妊娠患者,RSA患者绒毛膜和蜕膜组织中SOCS-3和LIF的表达水平显著降低,可能反映出其宫体内妊娠状态时Th1/Th2的免疫耐受失衡、LIF的免疫保护作用减弱,进而引发的免疫损伤可能是导致RSA发病的原因之一。SOCS-3和LIF水平有望作为RSA患者识别的标志物之一。Objective To evaluate the expression of the suppressor of cytokine signaling 3 (SOCS-3) and leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF) in recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA) patients of chorionic and decidual tissues, so as to provide a the- oretical basis for the early identification and clinical diagnosis and treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion. Methods A total of 45 cases of RSA patients were randomly selected as the observation group, and 45 cases in outpatient artificial abortion of nor- mal pregnant women were selected as the control group. The expression levels of SOCS-3 and LIF in chorionic and decidual tis- sues were detected by Western-blot. Results The relative expression of LIF and SOCS-3 in chorionic and decidual tissues of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P^0.05). Conclusion Compared with normal pregnancy, the expression of SOCS-3 and LIF in patients of RSA chorionic and decidual tissues decreased significantly, that may reflect the im- balance of immune tolerance of Thl/Th2 during pregnancy in uterus, the reduction of protective effect of LIF, and thus lead to immune injury which may be one of the reasons leading to the onset of RSA. The level of SOCS-3 and LIF is expected to be identified as a marker for RSA patients.
