摘　　要：本文阐述了动植物检疫"科带室"模式的发展历程,通过对改革开放来我国经济发展大环境下动植物检疫事业的发展分析了"科带室"模式形成的内外因素。同时,总结了动植物检疫"科带室"模式特性,并提出了基层动植物检疫"科带室"模式的核心价值。最后,结合我国近年经济发展、改革形势等,对动植物检疫"科带室"模式的进一步发展进行了有益思考。This article expounded development history of the ＂laboratory affiliated with department＂ mode in the work of animal and plant quarantine,and analyzed its formation of the internal and external fac- tors in combination with the development of animal and plant quarantine under the economic develop- ment of reform and opening up. Meanwhile,the Characteristics and core value in grassroots of this mode was also summarized in the article. Finally,the author made beneficial thinking about further development of this mode combined with economic development and reform situation in recent years.
