摘 要:为了深入了解烟煤焦的物理化学性质和气化反应性,为烟煤气化利用提供数据支撑,采用XRD、FTIR和SEM等技术分析手段,结合烟煤的煤质分析结果,详细探究了西岔沟烟煤焦的理化性质,利用热重仪考察了该煤焦的气化反应性。研究结果表明:相比原煤,西岔沟烟煤焦的石墨化程度相对较高,C—O等有机官能团十分有限,烟煤焦具有疏松有序的表面结构,碳孔隙结构十分发达。因为煤焦发达的孔隙结构利于煤焦气化反应的进行,故西岔沟烟煤焦具有较好的气化反应性。In order to understand the physicochemical properties and gasification reactivity of bituminous coal char, and offer basic data for bituminous gasification, the physicochemical properties of Xichagou bituminous coal char were detailed explored using the technical analysis method of X-ray diffraction (XRD), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM)etc., and combined with the analysis results of bituminous coal, and the gasification reactivity of the coal char was also investigated using thermogravimetric instrument. The results show that the graphitized degree of coal char is relatively higher than that of raw coal, the C-O bonds are very limited, bituminous char has loose and ordered surface structure, carbon pore structure is very developed.The well-developed pore structure of coal char is conductive to the coal char gasification reaction, so the Xichagou bituminous coal char has good gasification reactivity.
