摘  要:应用PCR技术成功地从溶脲脲原体 14个血清型中获得尿素酶基因片段。经分析发现各序列间高度保守 ,但也存在一定程度的变异。据此绘制的系统进化树可将 14个血清型分为两大群 ,与现在两个生物型划分的唯一区别是将属于生物 1型的血清型 3归于生物 2型。在 14个型的序列中 。The fragments of urease genes from different serotypes of Ureaplasma urealyticum were obtained by PCR and were analysed by software clustalw and treeview after being sequenced,which revealed that there were variations in urease genes of different serotypes and reflected the phylogenetic relationship of two biovars.Based on the diversity of urease genes,serotypes 1,6,14 of the parvo biovar could be distinguished from T 960 biovar,but serotype 3 was more similar to the T 960 biovar than to serotpyes 1,6,14.These mismatched nucleotide acids among 14 amplicons might be signatures bases of different serotypes,and be of interest for identification at the serotype level.
