摘 要:微细粒钨锡矿物难以选别,生产指标低,是世界选矿领域难题之一,研究微细粒钨锡选矿技术发展现状对于指导生产具有重要意义。本文从微细粒钨锡选矿工艺和选矿药剂的发展现状进行综合评述,认为微细粒钨锡回收不宜采用单一工艺,可采用重选-浮选联合工艺,以高效重选设备回收钨锡细泥,初步富集、预先抛尾保证钨锡粗精矿回收率,再采用浮选法可将钨锡富集比大幅提高。重-浮联合工艺充分利用了重选和浮选的优势,既可保证精矿品质,又可提高精矿回收率,是一种对钨锡细泥有较好推广前景的联合工艺。Micro fine grain tungsten tin mineral is difficult to choose, whose production index is low, and it is one of the difficult problems in the world. This article reviews from the current development of fine grain tungsten tin ore dressing and processing agents, obtaining that fine grain tungsten tin recovery should not be used in single process, but gravity flotation combined process, with efficient recovery of tungsten tin slime separation equipment, to ensure the recovery rate of tungsten tin concentrate enrichment, then under the premise of using flotation method the tung- sten tin enrichment ratio significantly increased. Flotation combined process makes full use of the advantages of gravity separation and flotation, which can ensure the quality of concentrate, and improve the recovery rate of con- centrate, and this kind of combined process has good promotion prospects of tungsten tin slime.
