摘 要:以锌湿法冶炼酸浸出渣为对象,借助单矿物浮选试验考察了金属离子对CSY体系下铅矾可浮性的影响。试验结果表明,少量Fe^(3+)的存在即可强烈抑制铅矾的上浮,Fe^(2+)、Zn^(2+)和Pb^(2+)也对铅矾的可浮性有明显的不利影响,其影响顺序为Fe^(2+)>Zn^(2+)>Pb^(2+)。对于广东某锌冶炼厂产出的锌浸渣,其中的Fe^(3+)、Zn^(2+)、Fe^(2+)是主要的干扰离子,会对其中铅矾的浮选回收产生不利影响。According to the fact of recovery of anglesite from the zinc leaching residual, the influence of metal ions on the flotation behavior of anglesite in CSY system was investigated by the monomineral flotation tests. The results showed that the existence of a small amount of Fe3+ can strongly inhibit the float of anglesite in the CSY system, and the ions of Fe2+, Zn2+, Pb2+ also have distinctly adverse effects upon the recovery of anglesite. The influence is be- haved in the order of Fe2+〉Zn2+〉Pb2+. For the instance of zinc leaching residual in a zinc smelter in Guangdong Province, the containing ions of Fe3+, Zn2+, Fe2+ are speculated to be the main interference ions, which would lead to adverse effects on flotation recovery of anglesite.
