摘 要:硫酸锌和硫酸铅均是用途广泛的化工产品。本文以含锌铅锡矿粉灰为原料,提出了一条由含锌铅锡矿粉灰制备硫酸锌、硫酸铅的工艺路线。分别研究了碱溶、酸溶及先碱溶后酸溶的处理方法,重点研究了碱溶的最佳工艺条件,具体为6 mol/L氢氧化钠体积为20 m L、反应温度为65℃、反应时间为30 min、沉淀铅离子的硫酸浓度为3 mol/L,结果表明:采用碱溶工艺,实现锌、钡与锡的有效分离,产品外观好,品质好,成本低廉。该工艺具有工艺简单、生产成本低、附加值高、三废少等优点,对类似矿粉灰分离及其产品制备具有一定的借鉴作用。Zinc sulfate and lead sulfate are widely used in chemical products. In this paper, ash powder containing zinc,lead and tin was used as raw material and put forward to a process to prepare zinc sulfate and lead sulfate by using the ash mentioned above, which studied the processing methods which consists of caustic dissolving, acidic dissolving and acidic dissolving after caustic dissolving respectively and the optimum condition of caustic dissolving method mainly. The optimum condition is that 6mol/L sodium hydroxide solution is 20mL,the reaction temperature is 65℃, the reaction time is 30 min and the sulfuric acid concentration of precipitating lead ion is 3mol/L. Results show that it is effective to separate zinc, lead and tin by caustic dissolving process, which makes the production a good appearance and high quality. The process has the advantages of simple process, low production cost, high val- ue-added advantages and less waste,which has a certain reference function to the separation of ash powder and the production of its products.
