摘 要:研究固氮蓝藻与有孢圆酵母协同作用,提取非水溶性含钾矿物中钾离子的效率。以培养基中的水溶性钾离子浓度为指标,考察了时间和固氮蓝藻对有孢圆酵母提钾效率的影响,同时对浸矿前后的非水溶性含钾矿物进行了粒径、扫描电镜、能谱和X射线衍射分析。在最佳的条件下,即有孢圆酵母在15d、固氮蓝藻存在的条件下可从非水溶性含钾矿物中提取出1.15 mmol/m L的钾离子,提钾效率达到了37.4%。能谱分析显示非水溶性含钾矿物在浸矿前后钾离子的含量有明显变化,粒径、扫描电镜和X射线衍射分析的结果显示有孢圆酵母的溶蚀作用使含钾矿物的晶体结构受到了严重的破坏。因此利用固氮蓝藻与有孢圆酵母协同作用分解非水溶性含钾矿物的特性提取钾离子是一种能耗低、环境友好,具有光明应用前景的方法。To study the Synergistic efficiency of torulaspora and sporogenous torula forextracting potassium ion from water-insoluble potassium-bearing minerals. The influence of different rotate speed and time on water-soluble potas- sium ion concentrations in culture medium was inspected. Water-insoluble potassium-bearing minerals were investi- gated by laser particle diameter analyzer, scanning electron microscopy ( SEM ), Energy-Dispersive Spectrometer (EDS) and X-ray diffraction (XRD)at the same time. Potassium ion concentrations were 1.15mmol/mL and the ef- fectiveness of extracting potassium from water-insoluble potassium-bearing minerals was 37.4% on the optimum con- ditions of 150 RPM andlSd. Potassium content of water-insoluble potassium-bearing minerals had obvious change before and after bioleaching by Energy-Dispersive Spectrometer. T he results of laser particle diameter, scanning e- lectron microscopy (sem)and X-ray diffraction showed that the crystal structure of water-insoluble potassium-bearing minerals suffered serious damagespore. So it is a kind of low energy consumption and environmental friendly way for extracting potassium ion from water-insoluble potassium-bearing minerals by the Synergistic efficiency of torulaspora and sporogenous torula and it has a bright application prospect.
