摘　　要：冷链"断链"是冷链运输的最突出问题,保证控温达标、不间断,货物品质完好,是道路冷链运输质量控制的首要目标。本文从人、机、环、法、料、测6个方面梳理了道路冷链运输的质量影响因素,依据HACCP管理体系要求,分析了冷链运输作业各环节潜在的质量危害,提出了冷链运输质量控制对象、关键控制点和控制措施,构建了道路冷链运输质量控制体系。Cold chain scission is the most prominent problem of the cold-chain transportation. Avoiding the cold chain scission, ensuring the quality of goods are the primary goals of the quality control of cold-chain transportation. This paper analyzes the factors affecting transportation quality and potential quality hazards in each operation steps of cold-chain transportation, then establishes the quality control system.
