职业献血员中庚型肝炎病毒感染状况的分析

摘　　要：为了解职业献血员中庚型肝炎病毒 (HGV)的感染状况 ,应用ELISA法和RT PCR法进行检测。在 10 0 6 9名职业献血员中有 5 16例抗 HGV阳性 ,总感染率为 5 .12 % ,其中男性感染率 5 .79%、女性感染率 4 .4 5 % ;甘肃省感染率 4 .96 %、宁夏区感染率 5 .70 %、青海感染率 5 .6 7%以及陕西感染率 4 .91% ;年龄 18～ 2 5岁的感染率 4 .4 8%、2 6～35岁感染率 4 .87% ;36～ 4 5岁感染率 6 .90 % ;将抗 HGV阳性作RT PCR、HBsAg、抗HCV检测 ,其中HGV RNA阳性36 2例、HBsAg阳性 2 5例、抗HCV阳性 37例、HBsAg和抗 HCV阳性 8例。以上说明 ,在职业献血员中 ,HGV的感染与性别、地域及年龄无关 ,与HBV。In order to investigate the present infection situation of Hepatitis G Virus (HGV) in professional blood donors, ELISA and RT PCR were aplied to detect the serum anti HGV and HGV RNA.The overall infection rate of 10 069 professional donors was 5.12%. The infection is 5.79% for male and 4.45% for female. The positive rates of anti HGV in provinces of Gansu?Ningxia?Qinghai and Shaanxi were 4.96%?5.70%?5.67 and 4.91% respeetive rates of anti HGV in different age groups from 18～25,26～35 and 36～45 were 4.48%,4.87% and 6.90% separatively. There were cases of 362 HGV RNA, 25 HBsAg, 37 anti HCV and 8 HBsAg and anti HCV positive donors among 516 cases of anti HGV positive.The result shows that infection of HGV has no relationship with different sexes, areas and ages in professional donors;but there is superimposing infection of HGV, HBV and HCV in profession donors.
