摘 要:本新型双棘爪驱动齿啮式棘轮机构,采用了独特的结构设计,较好的实现了两驱动棘爪驱动力自动均等的要求,不仅解决了单棘爪驱动齿啮式棘轮机构单侧受力(会引起摆杆转轴和支撑承受横向力)及承载能力较低的缺陷,而且从根本上解决了传统双棘爪驱动齿啮式棘轮机构易产生驱动力不均等的问题。此棘轮机构在其结构尺寸不变的前提下,理论上能使得承载能力增加一倍。这为棘轮机构在大功率传动及大冲击载荷下的应用创造了有利条件。此新型棘轮机构经在为企业开发的专用产品—矿用综采支架缸拆装机上使用,获得了理想的效果。The new dual-pawl drive geared ratchet mechanism, used a unique structural design, can better achieve requirements of two pawl driving automatically equal, not only solve unilateral force of the single-pawl drive geared ratchet mechanism (can cause rocker pivot and the support to withstand lateral forces) and lower carrying capacity weaknesses, but also from the fundamental solution to the issues that traditional dual-pawl drive ratchet mechanism is easy to produce a driving force inequality. Without changing the size and structure, this ratchet mechanism can theoretically make the carrying capacity doubled which created favorable conditions for the application of high-power transmission and large impact loads for ratchet mechanism. Through the use of special products for business development-Mining mechanized mining bracket cylinder Changer, the novel ratchet mechanism obtained the desired results.
