储水式电热水器的性能检测装置的设计

摘　　要：根据质检单位、实验室和生产企业所参照的储水式电热水器的性能检测标准,设计了一台基于物联网技术的储水式电热水器的性能检测装置。基于相关国家标准中的24 h固有能耗和出水率等性能检测指标,最终设计了一个储水式电热水器性能检测装置的检测流程与测试平台。该性能检测装置能够大大地提高检测效率,降低劳动强度,节省检测成本,因此,其具有一定的推广使用价值。According to the performance testing standards consulted by the quality inspection units, laboratories and production enterprises, a performance testing device for electrical storage water heater based on Internet of whings technology is designed. Based on the performance index of inherent energy consumption within 24 h and effluent rate in the the relevant national standards, the test process and test platform of the performance testing device for electrical storage water heater are designed. The testing device can greatly improve the detection efficiency, reduce labor intensity, and save test cost, therefore, it is worth popularizing and applying.
