精益化管理提升口腔复用器械再处理流程与供应服务质量

摘　　要：目的:探讨口腔门诊复用器械再处理部对口腔器械清洗、消毒、灭菌再处理流程的精益化管理应用实践效果。方法:将精益化管理应用于本院口腔科复用器械再处理部复用器械消毒灭菌室的工作程序与灭菌方式管理。项目实践分为4个评价维度:①清洗、打包及灭菌合格率;②工作效率;③护士满意度;④临床医护人员对器械再处理部的工作满意度及评估实施效果。结果:精益化管理组器械再处理流程中的清洗、打包及灭菌合格率与对照组无显著差异,但是精益化管理组护士工作效率与对照组有显著改变,临床科室医护人员满意度也有显著变化。结论:将精益化管理应用于口腔科器械周转明显提高了器械的周转率、降低了器械的等待时间,有效提高临床护士的工作效率。Objective: this study is about to use lean management to manage reprocessing dental reusable medical devices, project studied at stomatology outpatient sterile processing department. Methods: Through four ways to evaluate running lean management at stomatology outpatients: reprocessing process and result, working flow, clinical nurse's satisfaction and clinical doctor's feedback for reprocessed devices. Results: Reprocessing process stay at same level as before, but nurses at SPD and clinical doctor's satisfaction got tremendous improve. Conclusion: the application of lean management in Department of Stomatology instrument turnover significantly improves the turnover rate of the instrument, reduces the waiting time of the instrument, and effectively improves the work efficiency of clinical nurses.
