摘　　要：作为实现电解加工工艺的硬件,卧式电解加工机床是电解加工系统的核心。深孔工件在电解机床上的安装需要夹具进行夹持、定位,同时需要与电源正极相接,以便实现电化学阳极溶解的过程;而安装在拉杆前端的阴极在计算机程序的控制下,通过导向轮的引导来完成整个零件的加工;针对深孔膛线螺旋槽深、管身长、加工电流大,设计了机床专用夹具装置、导电装置、夹具导电装置、拉杆导向装置;通过对设计机床工装使用,切片零件产品的测量以及数据的分析,实践证明,机床工装合理的设计能够确保零件产品的最终成型。A s the realization of hardware of electrochemical machining process ,horizontal electrochemical machine tool is the core of the equipment in ECM system.the parts on electrochemical machine installation requires fixture clamping, positioning and connect with positive to achieve electrochemical anodic dissolution process ; Under the control of the computer program, the pull rod through the guide wheel to processing the parts completely; For the hole with deep grooves, pipe length and processing large current, it is designed the special tool to fixture device, conductive device, clamp device, rod guide ; By use of the tool fixture, the parts measured and data analysis, it is proved that the reasonable design of these device can shape the deep hole ,in which get the qualified products.
