摘  要:为了使直流电动轮车辆控制系统更加安全高效,设计双控制器加上智能显示器的全新控制系统结构。利用CAN总线在控制器之间以及控制器和显示器之间进行通信,以较高的传输速率、较强的抗电磁干扰能力以及较远的传输距离确保数据采集的实时性、可靠性和准确性。采用电传动车辆专用控制器和车载信息终端,自主开发高电压采集模块和励磁控制模块,在实验室搭建仿真的硬件系统,模拟环境下对设计系统进行评估和分析,分析结果可知:所设计新系统的信号流通畅;采用CAN总线结构使得系统的结构更加简单;设计的高电压采集模块和励磁触发控制模块工作正常,达到了预期的效果;漏电保护和输出点检测保护让系统更加安全;为此类车辆控制系统设计研究提供参考。To make the control system of the electric drive truck with DC drive more secure and efficient, the new control system architecture with dual-controller and a smart Display is designed. The CAN bus is used between the controllers and between controllers and monitors to communicate, for a higher transmission rate, strong anti-electromagnetic interference capability and longer distance for transmission to ensure real-time data collection, reliability and accuracy. Using electric drive truck dedicated controller and vehicle information terminals, self-developed high-voltnge acquisition module and excitation control module, in the laboratory simulation of the hardware system was built, simulated environment to evaluate the system design and analysis and the results shows that: The sign~ flow of the new design system is unobstructed; The CAN bus structure makes the system structure simpler; The high voltage acquisition module and trigger control module work properly and achieve the desired effect; leakage protection and detection output protection make the system more secure; which provide a reference for the study of such a vehicle control system design.
